I’m so excited about my beautiful
shih tzu pup…this has taken some heartache away from
me, losing my shih tzu of 18 years. Dickens is doing wonderful and adjusting well. He is very playful and
energetic and loves to cuddle, when he gets tired. Everyone has fallen in love with him.
He is eating well...and he visited Dr. Dupuy on 2/14/2006 ...his checkup was good. Again…thank you…thank you…for
bringing us the joy of the shih tzu into our home to capture my heart once again.

Lisa, so
sorry it's been so long since I have sent you anything. I just wanted to
drop you a line and tell you that Winston is doing great! He's such a sweet
thing. This is a picture of him and Angel a few weeks ago. He's gotten so
big! He's nearly as tall as Angel now. They
are the best of friends, and I just don't know how we ever lived without
him. I wanted to thank you again for such a sweet ball of fur.
Take care,
Lesley W. |

| Dear Lisa,
Just wanted you
to see Bijeau and how cute he is. I can't tell you how much I love him and
the joy he brings to me. I don't get a thing done. I haven't been to the gym
since he came to my home. All I want to do is play. He has the best
personality and he is so smart. He is so cute and getting big. His
coat is so beautiful and his personality is just as cute as I remember his
dad's to be. We are so crazy about him it hurts. He still sleeps at night in
his cage and doesn't have a bit of a problem. He is about 10 lbs now. Bijeau
loves to be brushed and chases his big ball all over the yard.
Sincerely, Mary P.

Hi Lisa,
Sorry it's been so long since we've been in touch, but we just wanted to
drop you a note to let you know how pleased we are with our new baby girl,
Hannah. She has adjusted beautifully and has become Hailey's constant
companion (she's even tried to hide under the covers a few times at
bedtime). Thank you for all your help and we'll try to send pictures soon.
Sincerely, Meagan, Michael & Hailey |

Hey Lisa,
Harley is doing well. He is stealing everyone's
heart. He is adjusting really well, the toy has been real nice during the
day for him, I go home at lunch and he is cuddled up with it. He is
following our other dogs everwhere they go trying to figure everything
out. He is doing well with Potty training only one accident so far that
was his fault the other was my step daughter , she was playing hide and
seek with him and she BOOed him a little to loud and he dribbled.
So as you can see he is just mixing right in
the mix . As far as sleeping , he is right in the bed with us at night and
sleeps all night either above my head or next to my head on the pillow ,
and is already snoring.
Thanks for such a wonderful blessing I will send you
some pics this weekend,
Christy

Hi Lisa
I have just came back from my vet and everything is just fine. He says she
is in good health and looks great. Her patellas are good and she weighs
5.5 lbs as of today.
The plane flight went well except they had
mechanical problems with the plane and we ended up around 2 hrs late for
takeoff. That means I walked around that airport for 7 hrs with her. You
trained her well to go to the bathroom outside, but I sure wasn' t going
to put her on the ground anywhere at that airport. I put a pee pad that I
had brought and boxed her in between the seats and she finally went to the
bathroom on the pad . I had to do it twice, once to pee and once on
another pad for a poop. That made me feel a lot better knowing that
she had done both before having to go on the plane. Lexi whined a little
at the start of the flight so I put her kennel that I had brought, on the
tray in front of me and I kept my hand in it so that she could lay her
head on my hand and lick it when ever she wanted. I think she was fine
with that just knowing she could see me and touch me. The flight
attendants never said anything about her being up there so that's where I
left her, even for the landing.
Everyone around here is infatuated with her
color. Lexi is so black that she almost looks blue in the light. I will
take some pictures of her and the rest of the clan and send them soon.
Lexi is having a great time with her new room mates and she sleeps till
around 6am. I put my hand in the kennel that you bought, through the door
slots, she then licks my fingers and lays against them, like on the
plane, and after about 5 mins she is asleep again till about 8, its
comforting to her just like it was on the plane.
You should see her in the snow with her little
sweater on, the snow is strange to her and has a great time running and
licking it, and playing with the other 3. Can't stay out there to long
though her feet get cold and she starts lifting them one by one and I then
bring her in after about 5 min. It will be better when she gets used to
the climate. Don' t worry she is always in the house except for a couple
of short trips outside, and she loves it. It is cold to what she is used
to, but it is actually warm at around 36-46 degrees for around here at
this time, we are wearing t-shirts here.
Talk more later. Thanks again for such a
lovely puppy. Lance

| Dear Lisa,
Enclosed you will find a copy of the bill verifying that I have gotten my
puppy spayed. Per our agreement, please forward the AKC Registration
Papers.
I chose the name PEPPER for her. She is a sweet
and lovable puppy. I have no regrets about adopting her from you.
She has made a wonderful change in my life and I feel blessed that I found
her.
I hope your breeding business continues to thrive and
that your puppies bring as much happiness to everyone else as Pepper has
brought to me.
Best Regards to you and your family.

Hi Lisa
You may be getting some e-mails from
people interested in one of your puppies in the near future. I had 9
people at the airport in Houston say they would buy Jojo from me . Of
course that would never happen but I gave them your website to look for
one of their own, just use my name as a reference and she will know you
talked to me I told them. Tell me if anyone ever does. The trip was a
breeze , The plane wasn't full at all and they let me take her out of the
kennel and put her on the seat next to me. All she did was sleep the whole
flight, everyone on the plane commented on how good she was and how cute
she was laying there on the seat sound asleep. I didn't even know she
could make a sound till I got her home and she started playing with the
other dogs.
Jojo is awesome . The quality and
temperament of your puppies are just excellent, not to mention the CUTE
factor is off the scale. My vet said her head is very nice, eyes are very
dark and clear, teeth have plenty of room to grow, so they will be very
straight with no crowding just like Lexis, and nasal passages are
excellent (wide and dry) , as well as the rest of her health is excellent,
and joints are nice and firm. Jojo received her micro-chip this morning
with her check-up. I'll update you as things happen. She is having a great
time with her sister Lexi and if all things go right there will be a
number 3 coming to Canada. Quality is hard to find in a Shih Tzu now a
days. Jojo is playing with Max, Teddie and Lexi as well as one of my cats
who thinks she is a dog, right now like she was born here in this
house. Thanks again for another great new family member. Lance and Diane

I have never enjoyed a puppy so much, so
quickly. You and your family have done a fabulous job of training Lexi.
She's already going to the door asking to go outside, she's very obedient
for her age and her temperment and personality are adorable! She is such
a flirt...her whole body wags when she's around my Dad:) Stitch has
accepted her and they've had a few really cute play sessions. Her vet
visit was great also. She had no intestinal parasites, ear problems or
anything else. He even said her knees are tight and she was so sweet even
at the vet. My family and I would be happy to be references for you if
needed. We just cannot imagine a sweeter puppy!
Oh, do Shih Tzu pups bark? We've only heard
little grunts, groans and whines from her, but no barking...even when
Stitch barks! Also, do you have any idea when might she come into heat?
Thank you so much,
Danna

Hi Lisa
Bowen was quite a hit,
from the airport staff in Houston, to the people on the plane, who
commented on how well Bowen travels, (never made a sound and when he
wasn’t resting, his tail was wagging all the time), to the people here in
Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Just got back from my
vet visit for Bowen. Health is excellent and Patella’s are nice and tight.
Temperament and the way he is trained brings him into my home like he was
whelped right here in my house, like one of my very own litters. Bowen
plays very well with my other Shih Tzus and is a joy to behold. His
genetically blue features are quite a hit around here. His Blue eyes are
striking, like looking into a person’s soul. I have never seen a Shih Tzu
with such inviting eyes, they draw you right in to his lovely facial
features. The service and communication was excellent, all questions were
answered with professionalism to the highest degree.
I recommend a Britteli
puppy to anyone on the hunt for the perfect Shih Tzu. This is my 3rd
puppy purchased from Britteli’s, and they just keep getting better and
better all the time. 1 or 2 puppies maybe good, but to receive 3 excellent
puppies, shows that Britteli’s breeding program and the care after
whelping that they receive is second to none. I recommend to anyone
looking for the perfect companion and friend to check out Britteli’s
without fear.
A 4th puppy
in the future is not out of the question, lets just see what time brings.
Thanks again Lance (Pinkribbon
Shih Tzus)

Good Morning
Lisa,
Thank you so
very much.
I have just
taken new pictures and will send those as soon as they are developed. I
have an appointment for Christmas pictures scheduled and will also send
those. Buffy is truly a little angel and we can not thank you enough.
She is absolutely a joy. We love her dearly and wonder what in the world
we would do without her. She is only a TINY
bit spoiled. But that is ok. She is well
worth it. She is not a bad spoiled, she is a sweet spoiled. I could go
on for hours, but I have to get some work done. The people that I work
with love for me to bring her to the office, the people that groom her
love for me to bring her by there, the people at the vet's office love for
me to bring her by there. It is so funny because they all love to hold
her and love on her, and she loves all of the attention. She knows how to
steal someone's heart. First thing she does is to lay her head on your
shoulder as if to give you a hug. At that instant, whomever is holding
her is in love with her. She is absolutely precious. I will get pictures
to you as soon as I get a chance.
Thanks again,
Pam
