When a pregnancy is
confirmed, I will accept a limited number of deposits on the upcoming
litter . . . first come, first served. A non-refundable
deposit (unless too few puppies are produced) of $250.00 will reserve
your place on the waiting list for that litter until the puppies are
born. After the babies have arrived, you will have one week
to select your puppy and place an additional deposit totaling one half
of the puppy's total purchase price (including any necessary shipping
costs). For example, if your puppy costs $1000.00 and your
shipping costs are $250.00, your total purchase price is $1250.00 and
your second deposit would be $375.00 ($250.00 initial deposit plus
$375.00 second deposit equals $625.00 which is half of the total
purchase price). If you have not chosen a puppy after one
week, your waiting list spot for that litter will be forfeited and your
deposit will roll over to the next litter, or any litter thereafter for
one year from the date the deposit was made. If, after one
year, you have not chosen a puppy, your deposit will be forfeited in
full. The balance of the total purchase price is due when
your puppy is 7 weeks old. Unless prior arrangements have
been made, any payment which is not made on time will forfeit all prior
deposits and the puppy will be made available to other buyers.
All
requests to be added to the notification list or the waiting list must
be accompanied by a Puppy
Application. I appreciate your understanding that I
can no longer make any exceptions.
As is customary with
most breeders, I reserve the right to first pick from all litters for
my own breeding program. In addition, I reserve the
right to refuse a sale to anyone if I feel that it is not in the best
interest of the puppy. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO SALES to
pet shops, brokers or puppy mills. I prefer that my babies
are all spoiled in loving pet homes with a spay/neuter contract and Limited
AKC Registration, but will consider placing to a show and/or
breeding home with adequate references.
